I'll never go back

Although our over-all experience was acceptable, I chose this motel because it was the best-priced motel in the area that offered internet connections. When we checked in, we weren't given the code to access the internet. We also had no idea how to contact the office, other than re-dressing and walking down there. We got the access code, but after a short period of time, I lost internet connections. We tried again the next day and were told by the manager that he knew nothing about the internet - didn't even know who the internet provider was - and the owners couldn't be reached, as they were in India. We intended to request a discount on our room charge when we checked out, but the manager wasn't there, and the person at the desk said he couldn't do anything, but that the manager had our phone number and would contact us. Didn't happen! We weren't even given a copy of our bill, so I have no idea whether we even received the Expedia discount. I was very disappointed, because had I know about this beforehand, there were several other motels in the area that I would have chosen instead of this one.
