The best part of this hotel is its location. It's in a very nice part of the city, with a walkable distance from a large mall. You won't get an ocean view but you're about 4 blocks from it. The hotel offers a nice buffet for breakfast, nothing fancy but good. The staff is very friendly. The beds are extremely narrow, though, two people do not fit together. They are really nice, but you feel like you might fall if you move too much. The hotel is in need of some minor rennovations, like walls that need painting or a smoother elevator. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Overall OK. We had an issue with the AC unit, it was functioning but very noisy, so we couldn't use it at night. Still, although we informed the reception three times about the problem nothing changed, nor were we informed of any attempts to resolve the issue. Still, a pleasant hotel at a quiet, rather remote from the centre, area of the city

Hotel is in a great location but my room was dark, the view was three walls of nearby buildings which restricted any sunlight. I could not see what the weather was like without going to the lobby. Breakfast had limited options, never any bacon or sausage but good selection of fruit and cheeses. Bed was very comfortable.

I booked the room with the city view. Unfortunately, we couldn't see anything because there were many building were blocking it. It's not even a convenience location. But the front desk is very friendly. Not the dining staff.

Unfortunatley this hotel has gone down in quality in the last few years. We have stayed here many times but this time we were very disappointed in the staff and room. We were put in a room where the bathroom lights were burnt out. We were told that the maintenance person had left for the day and our options were to move our things to a new room (and go down to the desk for the new keys) or wait for the repairman. We opted to move to a new room. I had asked that the staff confirm that the room was ready for occupancy. All was fine until the following morning when we were in a hurry and there were no bath towels. We called the front desk and were told that there were no housekeeping staff to bring us towels and to come down stairs to get them.

Súper cómoda, si las habitaciones son bien espaciosos El personal, muy amable Que tienen algún tipo de problema con la cloaca en la entrada y el ura Caños de baño en toda la recepción y el restaurant Por lo que recomiendo no ir al restaurant (sumado a que nos dieron un plato con pollo que estaba crudo, que si bien no nos lo cobraron, no era el espíritu, era gratis, era el espíritu era comer correcto?) Pero sin recomendar el restaurant, el hotel es muy bueno

O Hotel tem boas instalações, tem um bom atendimento na recepção e uma excelente localização. Tudo muito limpo e um satisfatório café da manhã. A relação custo X benefício é boa. O único senão que faço questão de registrar é a má qualidade das toalhas de banho disponibilizadas. Não é compatível com padrão do hotel.

Ar condicionado com ar quente

O ar condicionado central do hotel resfria durante o dia e a noite o ar é quente. Tivemos que dormir com as janelas abertas para ventilar. Os muito intolerantes ao calor não conseguem dormir. Mesmo reclamando na recepção, disseram que não tem como modificar a temperatura no quarto porque o ar condicionado é central. Mas o colchão é ótimo,acomodações limpas, ótima localização.
