This hotel is overdue for a remodel. Stained carpet, places where wallpaper is coming loose, lobby is small and dark, bed is extremely firm (didn't sleep well at all), broken tiles in bathroom. The hotel could also use additional front desk staff. The staff appears to be overworked, the manager that was working at 9 pm on Tuesday night was also preparing breakfast and working the front desk at 7 am on Wednesday morning. I had to wait on him as he was putting items out for breakfast and then he had to take a call while checking me out. My invoice was not placed under my door overnight as normally happens at other Comfort locations I have stayed out. No quick checkouts here!

Staff was courteous but a little confusion between the front desk and knowing whether my rooms were ready but resolved quickly.the room was cold upon entrance but very clean and up to date on some things.

Miicrowave in room was dirty and room keeping left dirty clothes in bath room witch wasn't really clean and had a slight order.
