DO NOT STAY ST THIS HOTEL

The hotel is in a seedy area. My car was vandalized the windows broken out (mine along with 3 others) and my property was stolen. The hotels security system was a joke. They claim they could not see anything. Now I'm filling out policy reports and insurance claims. The corporate offfice for the choice hotel brand was also of very little help.

Pros: Staff very nice and helpful
The only negative I have is that the location/area just didn't feel super safe to me, especially since traveling alone. The gas station right down the street had only two pumps, looked deserted and had bars on the windows. Hotel was located down a dark side street. Surroundings made me feel extra cautious.

This hotel was very clean. Housekeeping was on point and the rate was really descent. Hot breakfast was excellent. I will be coming again.

Nice hotel

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Comfort of beds.
Location: Near plenty of restaurants.
Staff was very nice. Breakfast consisted of sausage, biscuits, eggs, gravy, waffles, variety of pastries and fruit, bagels, cereal, yogurts, coffee and juices. The sweet lady restocking breakfast kept it stocked , was very nice , and made sure we had everything we wanted when the time was getting close to shutting down. Beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked but were definitely not the worst I have slept on. I would definitely stay here again.

Elevator is awful....Almost 10 min to get to 3rd floor ..yes 10. Shaky and jerky. Scary. Everything was dusty and dirty. Broken dirty furniture in hallways by elevator. The room had debris on the floor and the toilet seat was broken. 1st time I had had this kind of experience at a comfort suites. If it hadn't been so late we would have refused to stay and left. I asked for a wake up call. they didn't do it. Breakfast was horrible. Waffle was good though. Everything was old and outdated.

Lobby was under construction, window in room was covered from outside so you had no view, should have closed it till done.
