The Hotel is very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good with made to order omelets, waffles, etc. Our room however had a dirty shower and we said something to the front desk manager and he simply stated that he could give us another room but he didn't think it would be any better because the bathrooms and showers were still undergoing reservations. Unacceptable answer in my opinion. We took our original room and other than that the room was very nice and comfortable. I paid cash for parking and when I got back home there were charges on my credit card for parking plus additional charges for $25 which they could not tell me what they were for. In all fairness I called the hotel and they are in the process of reversing the charges. One final thing, I parked in hotel parking and was not able to get out of the gate when leaving as my hotel room key would not let me out. I had to wait with other cars behind me for a hotel employee to come let me out. The drop box for the hotel key was broken off its mount and barely hanging on and could not reach it without exiting your vehicle. The drop box was also overfilled with room keys and could not fit many more cards in it. I think the hotel could do a little better and have a possible remote control and camera from the front desk to let you out. I tried my room key to get out for 10 minutes prior to someone coming to let me out. It just so happens the girl working in front of the hotel seen me struggling to get the gate open.
