No sugar coating but my room was pretty dirty. Hair was everywhere. Every corner, the bathroom, the tub and even the ceiling! Mildew grout in the shower. The sofa was torn as well. The room was stocked low imo for a room that can accommodate 4 in which we had 3 people and only enough towels for 2. The great was the breakfast, staff, location, and happy hour. The lobby, pool area and gym were very nice.

The Red Bluff at the Silos is walking distance to eat and get drinks. It's in the river and beautiful. The Union Station is next to the hotel and train still comes through. This area is so full of history and just a wonderful place to visit. We will be back for for sure!

Rooms were ok, smudges of liquid on bathroom door, tub was a little dirty in corners. Elevators at 6:30 this morning were filthy and glass was really gross. But over all it was a 3/5 in cleanliness.

All of the staff are great and very attentive …except the cleaning staff smh! Simply put, the rooms just weren’t well cleaned. However, if you’re looking for a great walking distance to eateries and the river walk, it’s all a few steps away. As mentioned, the staff members downstairs (front desk, bar, and dining) are so nice and accommodating that it is still hard to leave with a bad impression.

My wife and I stayed at the Embassy Suites on 3/4. We were very disappointed with the accommodations and had a couple of issues. After we checked in, we went to the room and to our surprise had no toilet paper in the bathroom. We headed back downstairs and informed the front desk. They told us to find the lady with the cart and request toilet paper from her. The lady was very nice and apologetic and asked for our room number and said she would take some up. We left for dinner and when we came back we had two rolls in the room. The next issue we had was our thermostat in the room. We turned on the AC before we left and came back to the room hotter than it was. I called the front desk and was prompted with an automated service. Someone came up to the room within 30 minutes and fixed the ac. However, the air filter started to drip water. All night. We put a trash can and the ice pail to try to catch most of the condensation. For $200 a night, you would think the room would be up to Hilton standards. We’ve never had any issues until now. The breakfast was sub par. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is very well situated in Montgomery, close to so many attractions. They offered a nice complimentary breakfast & a couple of drinks in the vening with light snacks. The staff was great! I will return to this hotel during my next visit to Montgomery.

I’ve stayed at this property twice. The HVAC has never worked and it was always super hot in the room. I’ve talked to others, and their heating/cooling didn’t work either. Finally, our room smelled like urine. I didn’t complain to the hotel staff because they were really good people; but I’m leaving this comment to give awareness to others.

Did not get to check in til 5:30 due to room not being cleaned. Billed should be adjusted. Late check when you get there at 12:00 hoping to at least get in room at 4. Garbage cans over flowing on floors.
