The elevator made loud noises. Otherwise we booked this late at night as we weren’t going to be able to keep driving to our destination. It was safe, comfy beds, good breakfast.

We were unprepared for the distance from the hotel to restaurants, etc. We did go to the near by Mexican restaurant where we were the only customers. The facility in general is just very tired. We have always assumed the reason for chains is a consistent quality. This facility was below standards for Fairfield Inn.

Great Overall Experience
It was nice overall! Lobby is beautiful, the rooms were clean, but the bathrooms were a little dated! The elevator sounds very scary to ride in and I prayed each time I had to use it. The pool is big and the gym equipment is great. The Ethnic Receptionist was so kind and welcoming, but the older lady was not so friendly over the phone. She may need to be retrained on her Customer Service skills and work on being a little more polite.

Service was great otherwise stay was terrible. Beds are old and springy and uncomfortable. The ac was loud the whole time, even when it wasn't cooling the room down.
