Hotel and room were fine for a stop on a roadtrip. Checkin was easy with friendly staff. Only reason for lower review was the restaurant. Do not recommend eating here due to timeliness, food availability, service, price, and taste.

Super comfortable room. Linens were clean and towels seemed new. They are under a corporate renovation. Floors all over the hotel could have been more clean. Breakfast was home cooked and very good. So worth the $6.95. There was a lot of road noise due to proximity to I-65. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

Room was not clean espically the bathroom....showe had mold all aroing the tub and the showe curtain was ridiculously molded 15 inches from the bottom. Had not been changed out looked like fir months.... Dust on bathroom was terribke! Counter top was btoken....wood on vanity was all scratched. We were appalled!

Not your typical Holiday Inn quality. I paid 150 for the night and had to change floors because there were unaccompanied minors running around the halls screaming and slamming doors at 830pm. If I had paid 100 or less for the night, I would have anticipated something like this, but for 150 and at a Holiday Inn, I was very disappointed. Rooms weren't dirty but weren't exactly clean; they were relatively old. Waffle House across the street with questionable characters roaming into the parking lot; I was nervous my car would be broken into. All in all, it is a fine place to stay if you are desperate for a place to stay. If you need clean and quiet, I wouldn't recommend it, especially for 150 for the night.

Fraudulent Charges To My Visa Debt Card.
Well the overall stay and condition of the hotel was good until I realized what had happened. I payed for my room via PayPal through hotels.com but when I checked in they needed a card to hold on file which is normal. It’s usually a $50 hold until check out. Nope not the case here charged me $176 so then I called and spoke with someone who told me the issue was going to be fixed. Well they charged my card again for $176 so now I’m going to have to turn $350 in charges in as fraud. This will probably have my debit card shut down too which I also nice since I’m on vacation and would like to use it.The gentleman named Sam that worked there was very polite but the other women that I talked to on the phone definitely need some customer service manners. I will not be staying at this location again.

We stayed two times at this hotel in the same week. The first time was right off the airplane and the location is great. The dinner we had in the restaurant was excellent and our room was quiet and clean. The second time was before we flew out. This time the room wasn’t clean. Ladybugs were flying around, there were someone’s boxer shorts in the closest. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes when the fan was on. The shelf holding towels over the toilet was falling apart. We slept well and left early to the airport.

This stay was very disappointing. If it wasn’t for Mr. Randy in guest services, I would have checked into the Fairfield Inn across the street. When we arrived the room was clean and smelled pleasant. However, the toilet had not be clean at all. The seat was dirty as well as the bowl, like it was never cleaned to begin with. We called and Mr. Randy came up and cleaned it for us. Then we couldn’t get the heat to come one. We had to call guest services back and it was Mr. Randy to the rescue again. He ended up installing a whole new unit in the room. If it wasn’t for him, I would have gone elsewhere. Not to mention the restaurant health score was an 82. Overall just very disappointed but very appreciative for Mr. Randy.

It advertised that it had a shuttle to the airport. Upon checking in they informed me they don't do shuttles anymore. Uber was $48 to go 4 miles

Friendly staff at check in. The hotel was filthy. Never again. Haur everywherr in bathroom, shower floor had brown streaks. No towels in pool area. Pool area and floor was quite dirty.

Staff was very friendly. Justice, the bartender, was great and the happy hour was good. Hotel needs renovating. Included breakfast at restaurant was canceled because the cook called out sick. Airport shuttle driver was going 80 in a 45mph speed zone and almost couldn’t stop at a red light on way to airport.
