Worst hotel experience ever. The place looked decent on Travelocity’s website, and I thought it was going to be a comfortable place to wait out the storm. But I soon realized that I was going to have problems with the management during check-in. Check-in was supposed to start at 3pm but Anthony told us that the room wasn’t ready and needed to be “cleaned”. Well, the “cleaning” of the room took over 2 hours, and I was not able to check in until 5:30pm. After checking-in, my girlfriend and I noticed there was no queen bed in the room. When I asked Anthony about the bed, he said there were no queen beds on the entire property! We were disappointed by this because we paid extra on the Travelocity website for a queen bed. Later, we discovered mold in the bathroom and roaches crawling around. We should have left at that moment, but I was exhausted from traveling all day and it was too late to try and find another hotel.
