Rooms were clean. The waterpark was good, a bit crowded in the hot pool that leads to outside but it was okay. They told me that they were understaffed when I went with my family spring break week. Also many of the attractions (water and dry) were either not open or we were told it would open much later in the day. Little dining options.

They seemed under staffed. Garbages were overflowing. Two servers for a restaurant. Long wait times for cafe in waterpark. Cafe in waterpark poorly run. The waterpark was much smaller than I expected, but good for younger kids. Rooms were nice, bigger and nicer than Kalahari. Arcade bigger than Kalahari. Not as crowded as Kalahari. Front desk staff very helpful. A lot of activities for small kids
