This property needs more recognition, more clientele, and a warmer pool for guest to be able to use; the pool is enormous and well done, but the water was freezing cold and therefore unbearable. Enjoyed the saunas and steam rooms. The facility is magnificent, with every room a lake view and king size beds. Excellent yoga classes are included for free throughout the day for every taste. The therapy rooms are overwhelmingly abundant but not in much use. Staff is split between warm and friendly and the perfunctory. Food is vegan, very generous, good for some, not for everyone. Definitely worth booking with meals included, though. Massages and therapies are expensive and book quickly because they’re limited in availability. That should be reversed-less cost, more availability. There’s a game room which offers fun activities, video games, and streaming channels on large tv sets. Games could benefit from a clean up. They offer golf across the way and good walking trails around the complex and lake. This beautiful wellness hotel seems to have suffered from the Covid situation, which is a shame, because it is very beautiful and originally a well thought out place for people to unwind and enjoy total relaxation. Great place for a different take on corporate or special group getaways.
