We had a short but very enjoyable stay here the night before a flight. The hotel is perfectly located with excellent sights, restaurants, amenities all right there. Helpful staff, modernized rooms made for a great stay.
Good location, easy walking distance to many sites and restaurants. Room was very small and involved carrying bags up and down stairs. Breakfast was just okay - much better breakfasts just a few buildings away (down the hill). Overall comfortable, but cramped.
Five minute walk to the Poligone Mall and a further few minutes to the Tourist Office and the Comedie (town centre). The city core is made for walking. When we left we rolled our luggage up the same path past the tram stop ( a bit up hill) and then down to the Montpellier-St. Roch train station. ...
My husband and I only spent one night here in order to get a good night's sleep after a transatlantic flight, but we were very pleased. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, within walking distance of the train station. The men who run the hotel were friendly and helpful, making reservations at a nearby ...
Room cleaned daily, fresh towels. Extras like hairdryer, kettle are not in room but staff happy to provide. Breakfast basic. Staff friendly, helpful, English speaking. I would stay there again.
The hotel is in a very quiet area, immediately adjacent to the historic center. We never used our car and walked to all historic places and stores nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful Would definitely stay there again.
We stayed here before without any issues but this time our room clearly had had a smoker prior to us. It is a non-smoking hotel and the hotel staff were apologetic.
Check in was speedy and accurate. It was clearly explained that a small tax would be collected on departure. The room was clean...very! It did not have tea/coffee facilities, but they were available at reception. Shower was great, bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked OK (I can never ...
I stayed at Hotel des Arts because it was next to my previous hotel and I didn't want to run around Montpellier with my suitcases. I found a simple but marvelous hotel. Staff were very friendly, helpful, they made us feel at home. The room had a great bed, good light and it was spacious (we were ...
After a warm welcome from a 10pm train arrival (which they were more than happy to accommodate) we were shown to our room. The house is a typical French building with many floors and fantastic decor. The rooms have a lovely little hall and are fantastically decorated, plenty of space and comfy beds. ...
Nice balcony for people watching overlooking busy street. No air conditioning! A little noisy if you keep the window open on a hot summer day. Clean and safe. Staff is excellent.
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. Particularly Noemie who was so kind and helpful to me. I had a bad fall during my stay and sprained my ankle, so had to spend much more time at the hotel. I had food and extra provisions brought to my ...
As advised, getting several bags from a car into the hotel and then finding a car park was a challenge. The new multi-storey carpark building behind the station proved most convenient but very expensive. To see the city of Montpellier you don't need a car, we returned ours very quickly. The hotel ...
Great location, close to subway and comedy square. But the picture of the hotel that posted on the Expedi doesn’t seem right as the picture shows the hotel was located at the corner however it wasn’t.
A nice budget hotel in Montpellier, with a great breakfast buffet, a pool and nice rooms. My only grudge was that when my bags were delayed by the airline for 2 days, my request to call them to get info and assist with delivery to the hotel, the manager refused to do so "cause there is a surcharge ...
As seasoned independent travellers we were delighted to discover this truly stylish, traditional small French hotel in the middle of vibrant Montpellier. The staff were very helpful and friendly and waited on us with efficent good humour. We had a superior room with a brand new bathroom and comfortable ...
