Walked into the room to find broken curtains and on the floor, nasty Headboard with white marks, broken refrigerator. Contacted front desk, and they refused to fix anything, eventually found manager and they provided another room in a different property, which happens to be an unused room most likely under renovation, dusty and dirty floors, no blanket, no soap or toiletries, missing towel rails and toilet paper holder, only 2 towels rpovided with a few tiny ones. Had to stay as we checked in after 8pm. Far from a boutique place, very uncomfortable and I have asked for investigate and wanted resolution thru hotel.ca customer service. If the room was not ready as they had over 4 days after we booked they could have let us know.
