This little hotel (built in the early 1900s) is in the heart of the center city/cultural area of Montreal. Excellent location and just a block away from the Airport Bus 747 stop. Close to many cultural venues and activities including restaurants, theaters, metro station and much more. Aside from ...
It was a new experience we have never stayed anywhere except chain hotels. Only disappointment was that I thought that by it's name a bed and breakfast included breakfast. There was a kitchen available to make our own meal if we brought food and chose to cook.

Hotel under renovation - online photos do not do this facility justice. Room was neat and modern. Parking was free but needs to be paved. Breakfast included was delicious. Definitely stay again :)

Convenient location, walked two blocks to downtown shops. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Front entrance was under construction but did not interfere with entering or exiting. Parking garage was nice so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking.

We were looking to get away in downtown Montreal. The hotel is affordable and we'll located . It's small bUT it was fine for what we needed. If you are traveling with a small budget I suggest this option
The hotel is nearby a Metro stop, restaurants and bars. Definitely a good choice if visiting Montreal. They offer free WiFi (decent speed) and breakfast. The staff is friendly although we had some minor issues.

My husband and I just stayed for three nights at the Auberge de Vieux Port. We had a lovely queen suite overlooking the river. The staff was very nice and the food in the restaurant was perfectly fine.

Best for physically active, lots of stairs. Sits above a restaurant, but not noisy. Beautiful old building.
Think beach rental home: no maid service, no paper products (except tp), no face or hand towels, no ice. You must bring what you need....no grocery/department stores nearby. No recourse when the overhead neighbors throw a party from midnight to 4 am. What it does have: access to Old Montreal ; space ...
Came to Old Montreal to give my nephew a chance to practice his French. The Auberge gave us a unique landing spot while we traipsed around the city. The staff was polite and the room was clean and comfortable.
Conveniently located in Old Montreal (tucked in behind buildings on a narrow lane--a bit hard to find). Clean and quiet. Rooms nicely laid out with good beds and linen. Curtains in our room needed to be replaced due to wear.
