Good location I found the bedding had an odor to it which transferred to the room. The odor was a bed head smell, a stale smell. The lighting was not enough, it seemed to dark all the time.

Outstanding customer service!

Two specific reason I chose this hotel were its hot tub and laundry facilities. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed for renovations, and the laundry took several cycles (1 wash, 4 dry) to complete one small load. However, Hotels.com was very helpful and generous about the hot tub problem, as I guess those kinds of issues should be noted on the app; and the staff I notified at the hotel about the laundry issue were awesome, also very helpful and generous - they saved my stay!! I had requested a very quiet room and it was, and very clean and comfortable. I would most definitely recommend highly!

Dangerous place to park your car

The parking lot in the hotel is not safe, someone tried to break into my Toyota SUV during the night in an attempt to steal the vehicle. They used a sharp object like a screw driver to disengage the driver side door lock and in the process damaged the lock, wiring harness etc..luckily the thief was not successful in opening the door, vehicle was saved. It cost me $1000 to repair for the parts and service at the Toyota dealership. Caused me considerable heart burn, its a one year old 4Runner limited with just 15000 miles on the odometer.
