Location: House of Jazz, Museum and shopping,

Grande déception

Pros: Le breuvage rafraîchissant dans le hall d'entrée, la propreté de la salle de bains.
Cons: Des dispositions adéquates pour le nombre de personnes dans une chambre.
Location: Centre ville avec ses avantages et ses inconvénients.
J'avais réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes. Nous avons dû demander des serviettes, des verres et des chaises supplémentaires pour que chaque personne puisse avoir un siège confortable. Un préposé est venu porter ces objets avec politesse, je l'avoue mais le surplus de 20.00$ supplémentaire pour 2 personnes ainsi que les taxes à ce montant aurait laissé supposer que nous aurions les commodités en conséquence, et ce sans avoir à le demander. De plus, le montant plutôt élevé d'une telle chambre DEVRAIT couvrir les frais de stationnement à l'Hôtel me semble-t-il, ce qui n'est malheureusement pas le cas. Pour le café du matin, un seul verre à la disposition pour 4 PERSONNES, inacceptable !

Nice hotel but missing some major standard items

everything was good except: no slippers even after we called several times during our 4 days stay, wall outlets between the two beds are not connected to anything and dont work, no fridge and no safe! other than that, great hotel!

A regular hotel for me, love it!

Pros: The king rooms and 2 queen bed rooms all have a balcony, which is great to get some air and see the city skyline. The staff is always super polite and ready to accomodate you with whatever you may need to ensure total comfort!
Cons: For the first time, yesterday out of all my stays, I checked in and they gave me a 2 dbl bed room with no balcony, the cheapest one, when I had paid specifically for a two queen bed room. I called reception and told them they gave me the wrong room and then they said they did not have any more rooms in the 2 queen. I told them it was unacceptable and they did end up giving me the room that I paid for, after telling me they had to take it from someone else. It was very unprofessional and the only time something like that happened to me at the Delta.
Location: You are right in the core of downtown, walking distance to every possible thing you could desire!

Excellent hotel, huge room.

Location: Walking distance to old Montreal and China town as well as other main attractions
Would most definitely recommend this hotel. Location is great. Room was a good size.

Comfortable experience downtown

Pros: Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store.
Cons: Shower head leaked a little and the iPod doc didn't work.
Location: Starbucks, Copper Branch, Groceries and drug stores.
Firstly, the hotel staff was upbeat, friendly and made an effort to know me my family on a personal level. The hotel room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and I love being able to connect my macbook to HDMI to watch Netflix.

Nice Hotel - But Go Somewhere Else to Eat

Pros: Good location, clean, spacious room.
Cons: The restaurant was AWFUL
Location: Right in the heart of everything. Bell Centre is a 20 minute walk.
The hotel upgraded us to the Club floor, which was awesome. They have a lounge that's open 24 hours a day and has a fridge of water and pop, and breakfast in the morning, and a cocktail hour. The room was clean, and large. My only complaint is that we had to pay extra to have a third person in our room (that sleeps 4) - but we still only got 2 towels, 2 glasses, and 2 bottles of water. So clearly the extra person fee is a cash grab. We ate in the restaurant for dinner, and it was honest to god the worst meal I've ever had in a restaurant. Their smoke meat sandwich was AWFUL - the bread was stale, it was small, the meat was stringy. The caesar salad (which they charge extra for) was DRIPPING in dressing, no bacon, no croutons. I had a little sliver of a pickle, and when I asked for another (or a bigger one) the server said it would cost me. Seriously? We then had the chocolate cake, which I'm pretty sure was baked in an Easy Bake oven. When asked how the meal was, I told the waiter "pretty awful" and he just kind of nodded at me and walked away. So word to the wise - the Club floor is worth the extra money, but don't go anywhere near that god awful restaurant.
