Shower didn't work. They were quick to fix it.

Pros: Felt safe. Good business center. Room was clean.
Cons: Check shower to make sure it works.
Location: Need better map. Great museums within walking distance.
Construction nearby made it less than charming. Wished there were better restaurants closer.

Spacious, Clean, Great location

I stay here regularly and love it. One of the nicer hotels in the area. The spa is fantastic also.

Comfortable, friendly and convenient

Pros: Great kingsized bed!
Cons: My only criticism would be that my window seemed to have lots of condensation between the panes, otherwise no complaints at all.
Location: Lots of restaurants and things to do in the nearby Place des Arts area, including a shopping mall
I was attending a conference at nearby Place des Arts, and this hotel was ideally located - just a short walk from the venue. The room was very comfortable with all the facilities I needed (ironing board, iron, coffee machine, etc.). I also liked the fact that two free bottles of water were placed in the room every day. Oh and how lovely to stretch out in a Kingsize bed! The breakfast buffet was good, and staff were very friendly and considerate (even offering takeaway cups in case you would like to take some coffee with you when you left). Overall a comfortable and convenient hotel, if a little soulless. What made all the difference though was the friendliness of the staff and the great customer service.

Nice hotel

Stayed there when going to rangers playoff game. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel was not a far walk to the Bell Centre. I was very pleased overall.
