Numerous maintenance problems obvious from onset that never got resolved in spite of multiple outreaches to management - including only bed was broken (slept on sofa bed for 6 nights), knobs missing on washer/dryer so usable, drapery brackets either pulled out of wall or duct taped them, and the dishwasher and kitchen faucet were completely unattached making them hard to use. Maybe worst of all, the bathroom faucet broke on day 3 so unusable for rest of 7 day stay - had to use kitchen faucet for everything. Handyman showed up and fixed some things (not the bed) but also broke a dishwasher hose so kitchen flooded and dishwasher was then unusable too! I'm not making this up....really.
BTW, some of these problems were cited by reviewers a year ago but we never thought they wouldn't have been fixed by now. Maybe that's why there hadn't been reviews in a year?! Dates of reviews are probably a good thing to check going forward. Oh, and Management isn't onsite and didn't answer phone or respond to emails......ever. They also refused to refund any of prepaid rent.
Why did we stay? Because of dietary reasons I have to cook my own meals and no other kitchen units were available in Montreal due to heavy festival season. In spite of all this, it could be a nice unit if they maintained it and it's in a great location.
