Needs a Reno!

This hotel is outdated and needs a reno. The rooms are too small. The bathroom is TINY and it still has one of those shower/tubs with the curtain instead of a door!

Nice hotel close to everything

The hotel is old, but they are closing it for a year for renovations. That's the only reason I gave it a 3 star

Good location. Worn out hotel. Staff variable.

Location: Train station ,walking distance to museums, stores restaurants.
When I reserved the room I had no idea that the hotel would be closing soon for a complete renovation. Had I known that I would not have stayed there. While well located for the train, it is a very tired old convention hotel, the bellman was snarky when I pleasantly greeted him in English and when I called for information about a "shuttle" to the airport, the person on the other end was downright argumentative that it was NOT a shuttle!! Clearly I forgot to say "public" airport shuttle when asking! No way I will consider staying even after renovation. Stayed at Hotel le German earlier and will go back there on the next trip.

Just OK

It was ok. The room was comfortable, and the location perfect for my purposes, but the electronics situation left a lot to be desired. I was unable to connect to the hotel's wi-fi at any time during my stay, even after talking to the front desk about it (and if I had been able to connect it would've cost me - this is the first hotel I've stayed at in years without free wi-fi), and the cable was malfunctioning so that I couldn't watch TV.
