Decent hostel at decent enough price. Has plethora of room options which was nice. the staff are super friendly and are helpful with questions and enquiries. They have their own bar which is a good hanging out spot in the evenings to meet other people staying in the hostel. Their location is pretty convenient and close by to the downtown area.

I liked how easy it was for me to check-in and get to my room. The room was very clean and organized. I felt very safe being there while there were other guests around. I liked the other amenities such as the bar and breakfast. I liked how you could actually use the kitchen. The place just looked very comfortable and has a unique laid back style unlike a traditional hotel. The area around the property is superb and easily walkable. The metro station is just up at the end of the street. My experience at this hostel was terrific and I would book another stay there it if I plan to travel to Montreal again. I wish I had stayed longer!

The movability(wheels) of the bunk beds made them a tad unstable as any movement caused rocking that would at least disturb the guest below me. The other critical comment is the small size of the study rooms, but there was room enough granted I used the 1st flr one. Other than that everything was good, as well as the co-op atmosphere.

It was my first time traveling by myself (Female, 22), and I was kind of scared of staying in a hostel. But it turned out to be great! I stayed for two nights in a 4-bed female dormitory, the staff were very friendly, the people staying seemed very nice as well. Free Breakfast was great :)) For people who’re worried about their things, they have lockers (you can bring a lock, or buy one at front desk), and a luggage room for bigger things! The place seemed very clean, and they offer bedding and towels! I got lucky with roommates and they were quiet and nice too.
