Have been staying at this property for 12 years, it’s convenient for what I need in town. This trip, when I arrived my room wasn’t ready. I was also placed in the same hallway as a very loud children’s hockey team. Appreciated that I was able to checkout a day early, and as a member was able to stay until 2pm.

We had to wait for several hours before our room was available. The hotel staff couldn’t understand why their hotel was so busy (April 7th). Apparently they weren’t aware that a full solar eclipse was happening on the 8th!! Seriously!!!

The man who does the breakfast went above and beyond for everyone, I even tipped him! The rooms are kinda run down, but the bed was nice and the water was hot. Pool was nice to swim in too.

Overall I was pleased. Not very many options in that area and saw this was a 2 or 2.5 star, I think they’re more like a 3.5 or 4 star.

Very friendly staff and helpful and love the cleanliness, big A in my books. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The elevator could be upgraded. Besides that No Complaints.

Really nice hotel
This is a really nice hotel. I was just passing through for one night, but I would have liked to stay a few days. Very quiet, peaceful. Immaculately clean. Great service. No issues of any kind.

Town was with out water and never got told about it. Could not shower or flush the toilet. Pool was broken for a while but still listed as it was working. Front desk gave us 1 bottle of water for 3 people. The breakfast was limited more to do with the fact the person stocking and cleaning the area didn’t want to do his job.

Bel accueil, mais moyen pour les installations
État de la chambre quelque peu insatisfaisant : tapis déchireé, fils à nus sous l'équipement de chauffage, mobilier défraîchi. Si vous souhaitez profiter des installations sportives, informez-vous s'il est possible de les utiliser. La piscine était fermée et 2 tapis roulants hors d'usage lors de notre visite.

We will be back.
The beds were very comfortable. The front desk was very nice at 4am when we arrived. The room was clean and did not have any uncomfortable smell. The shower had plenty of water and nice Dove toiletries in pump bottles, which I think it's better than all the plastic waste when little bottles are in the room.

As we do not speak French, it was very nice to have the staff try very hard to understand and accommodate us! Very nice to have completely bilingual gentleman at front desk at check in…he was most excellent!

The positives: smooth check in, friendly staff, well equipped breakfast, pool, lots of parking, comfortable beds The negatives: my room smelled terrible upon check-in (smelled like a pile or wet towels were left to dry in a pile; very mildewy), did not flush regularly, it was very hot and muggy in the common spaces such as the halls
