It was nice just need better room service and asked for clean towel never got them but over all it's nice

Very Dated

Low budget. Ok if you don't mind the musty smell in the room (no washroom exhaust). Breakfast buffet is not worth $12.95. Ok, but not stellar. Identical every day. Was totally appalled when I heard the restaurant host accuse a patron of stealing when he walked straight to the buffet area (I assume to grab an item for the road). Very amateurish.

Pros: Great atrium where you can relax and grab a bite to eat, excellent shuttle service to the airport where you can catch buses to downtown.
Cons: A better exhaust system in the atrium to remove the smell of chlorine, did not bother me, but some guest did complain
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed and clean, great indoor pool and atrium.

Pool next to restaurant. Worst looking pool. Restaurant food the worst and so was the service. Not worth $80 let alone $140

Just ok. Evening staff was very courteous and pleasant. Morning staff was nothing special. Almost arrogant. Maybe it was too early. 5:15 am

Non Smoking Room was with smoking smell

We stayed there just for one night so not used much of the hotel facilities. Our Room( Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking, View (Atrium View)) was of a good size, we have requested for a non smoking room, but room had a smoking smell, we called the front office they tried to move us to another room but that room also had the similar smell. Later on they provided us with a room freshener that helped a little bit. But overall it was not a good experience.
