Nice room, view was nothing to write home about and we couldnt figure out how to work the heater. Too much pressure in the shower it would be nice to be able to chose that

We booked this hotel throught the mystery booking offered by Expedia. It was classified as a 3 stars hotel, but it was more of a 4 stars than not. Agreably suprised!!

Excellent location in Montreal

Friendly staff and clean nice room. Great location in Montreal with short walking distance from: - Downtown Montreal - Old Montreal - STM 747 Shuttle Stop 8 & 9

My wife and I prefer Old Montreal, and settled here only bc we had the points for two free nights. I wouldnt pay to stay here though. The rooms didn't have a fridge or a microwave. We called down to room service 10min before they closed and they gave us a hard time about ordering food. Valet was cool, although, we checked out before 7am and they made us walk to the parking garage, with our luggage, to pick up our car, in the freezing cold and snow. Funny thing is, their security guard escorted us the entire way, as opposed to picking up the car and bringing it to us. Breakfast Buffett was not worth $18.00 a person. The bed was comfy, which was good. While we didn't stay in the room a whole lot, when we did, TV sucked. It was only a few channels, and most of them were in French. Not to be too picky, but we've stayed in Montreal before, for the same advertised price at a different hotel, and had much better service overall.

Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: Nothing
Location: General food sites available Hotel is in China town area
Very satisfied at this hotel And I would like to go back there someday.

Quiet an very clean and easy to get to

I am not a frequent traveler. But I was very satisfied with this Hotel accommodations. But the Asian restaurant had a very expensive breakfast menue

Renovated hotel close to Old Montreal and downtown

Pros: The pool and the sport centre.
Cons: The parking lot and the pool.
Location: Convenient location for pedestrians.
the room had a noisy heater, and we could hear the parking lot reparations.

The location was fab!

Pros: The location of the building. Next door was the Conference Center, China Town, and super close to old Montreal area.
Cons: Include breakfast and more TV channels.
Location: Location to the Conference center was idea for us, and being close to the tourist area was a major plus.
Very nice place and had a super great lobby, but major construction was being conduct during the day which was super loud in the building.
