It's a beautiful hotel, clean and vibrant. The Art Gallery and its art deco look really bring out a nice atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms are clean, bright and modern and the staff is absolutely fantastic. Walking distance to St. Catharine and other beautiful streets with great restaurants. Very central yet not extremely hectic.

It was great experience. Totally clean. Thanks to house keeping and cleaning staff. Location is also good. Reception guys were helpful. Only thing missing was they don't have microwaves in the rooms. Rest overall experience was fabulous.

For Family stay, it was a great location in the heart of the downtown and all the amenities are close and walkable. The exhaust fan in the washroom was not working.

Nice hotel given the surrounding area but really ugly area. The hotel was fine, but a bit lesser in value than it's cost.

The people who work here are wonderful and attentive. I was initially given a room without power outlets at the desk for working. They solved the issue immediately and without question. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are well designed, towels are generous, and we had great water pressure. The location is next to St. Laurent which is very convenient for restaurants. The only thing I was not enthusiastic about was the buffet breakfast. I am a little reluctant to comment as the hotel is so great, you have so many options nearby, but it was such a contrast to the great hotel service, here is my view: the breakfast buffet was expensive, mediocre. Moreover it was over by 10am on a Saturday, which was a drag because we arrived at 2am the night before. The $24 fee got me unlimited servings of tasteless government-issue scrambled eggs scooped from a pile, paper-thin bacon, factory sausage, cheap industrial bread, or industrial potatoes. I get that “all you can eat” is going to cost more, but it is not worth a second serving. The coffee was good.

It was a great stay. The staff was amazing and the service was too notch. One concern - the bathroom had a very cold floor, and had no sound insulation. Left whoever was using the bathroom with no privacy.

The room, the staff, the food were absolutely wonderful! The bathrobes were so luxurious, I just wish there were slippers. The neighborhood made me nervous but the valet brought the car around so we felt safe coming and going.

A very good choice at $150/night. Facilities and room were genuinely clean. The area surrounding the building isn't in the best shape, but that's beyond their control.
