Great Location

Very conveniently located, modern rooms and common spaces. Did not stay on a day the night club was open but pretty night life centric hotel nevertheless.

Pros: New hotel. Small and quaint
Cons: The Ceiling is really screwed up looks like they were in the mid of a remodel and forgot the ceiling
Location: lots of bakeries and restaurant.
Sherbrooke is closed to everything with a walking distance

Noise at the midnight

Posted Apr 28, 2016
It's nice place to stay if you do not stay over the weekend. There is a club at basement and it opens at Friday, Saturday and Monday until 3 AM. You will hear heavy bass in your room when the party is on. Nice staff and room, but we don't like the noise from midnight to early morning. If you love party, you may love this place. Also, sometime the water is running slow, this happens to us once at least.

Perfect, affordable hotel on busy streets

Posted Apr 27, 2016 on Hotels
Affordable and clean - all staff accommodating and friendly. One of the hooks in the shower was coming off the wall, but other than that no complaints about the room other than not being able to regulate the temperature. The main issue was noise. Noise from street, noise from other people on the floor, and noise from construction which started promptly at 6am. So much noise! And because we couldn't regulate the temperature, we wanted to have the window open (a lovely option) but that only exacerbated the sounds from Tuesday 3:30am party going on outside on the ground level. Not sure that there is any way to prevent all that noise. Great price for a downtown hotel - would stay again but with earplugs and a white noise machine.
