We loved staying here! The room was large and spacious with a great view of downtown Montreal. It was close to everything and the light breakfast included in the morning was appreciated! Would stay again!

Room 204 was creepily close to the neighboring room as in I could hear them burp in the morning. No thank you & glad no naked time because that would have been public in a sense. Great location. Breakfast could use fresh fruit (apples & oranges last a while) but great!

This may have once been a very nice hotel. The current state of the room was abhorrent. Holes on the bathroom wall, broken tiles, dirt and dust collecting on the window sill. In need of a huge Reno.

Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We were disappointed in some ways. We stayed here in the past and this time our room was much smaller. The room had a skylight making the room very bright and hard to sleep. The room only had a tiny window in the corner so there was hardly a view. Lastly, we stayed there because we had a great breakfast experience in past. This time, it was disappointing to say the least.

The only issue is that second floor rooms are loud at night due to the bar below the hotel making it hard to sleep. Otherwise, it was a decent stay!

Room was 26 degrees with the heat off and ac on. Very uncomfortable. Also, the floor in the room was aimed black and had 2 steps up to the bathroom. Almost impossible to see the steps in dim light. Room cleaning only every 3 days was not what I expect for this level of hotel.

Not a good experience with the man at the front desk. The bed was too soft for our taste. We could hear the person walking in the room beside ours like if he was in our room.

Liked the location, pleasant and obliging front desk staff, water available every day, continental breakfast included in the price.Comfortable bed, extra blanket and pillow provided, blackout drapes, thermostat worked well. Quality of the continental breakfast could be improved, but quantity was plentiful. Lovely breakfast nook. The policy of requesting maid service the day before needed did not work well for us.

The hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable, nice and cozy, loved the high ceiling! One of the showers was broken, the hard wood floor was very noisy when stepping on it. No proper breakfast !
