Our stay was just okay. The hotel did allow us to check in early which was nice. Outdated building, I really wish there was a water fountain or water cooler. Our mattress had a big stain on it, which skeezed us out, so we just slept on top of the comforter. Tiny room, but if you're out exploring it isn't so bad. We found free street parking on Sherbrooke East on Saturday. Given the price here, I think I'll find a cheaper Air BnB next time.

This was the worst booking I ever had. The pictures were not what it really was. The description mentioned that 2 adults could sleep in that room, which was impossible! I requested to have our room changed which was done after much arguing and with a fee. The new room was suited for 2 people but incredibly filthy for a 3 stars hotel. The towels, the toilet bowl, the bath tube were dirty. we decided to stay since we had no choice, but I will immediately file a complaint because this was definitely a false advertisement. I would’ve never rented that room if I knew this was a 1 star motel in real life. This should be advertised as a MOTEL not an hotel….definitely not a 3 star one!

Not happy with the breakfast options, and the room is not upto the mark, pillows were not clean, door seems to be really weak, the side part of the door came out and almost fell on me. Disappointed with the property as per the prices

The hotel is quite old building, the rooms were clean. I beileve staying here will be better in spring or summer. In winter the rooms are cold, restaurant was cold, everywhere was very cold. Many people were having breakfast with coats on. And there is no parking at all.

No parking, they say they have breakfast. They only have cheereos and it wasn’t ready either. They have 1 parking spot that wouldn’t fit a truck and I got a $90 parking ticket. The tv worked well. You have to sit sideways in the washroom.

Basic clean and comfortable hotel good for the price Disappointed the bar and restaurant is no longer open Steep steps up to reception and stairs to all rooms. No elevators so if you have trouble with stairs it’s probably not for you Friendly staff.
