Travelled from NS for a concert at the Bell Centre. Everything was a 5-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Clean bedding, comfy rooms, and hot water! Worth the second stay at this hotel, and should we ever return to the city, here is where we will stay again. Thank you again for keeping us warm and cozy !

Overall not a bad hotel and in a good location. Very quick walk to Bell Centre, quick walk to bus stops and other surrounding amenities. 20 minute walk to shopping areas and Eaton Centre. The hotel had a strange smell when we arrived and it carried through the whole hotel as we were on the 4th floor. Our room was fine. The bathroom had a few flaws, sink slowly drained, toilet took forever to fill back up with water so it only flushed every so often. There was old hair on the walls of the shower. Linens and towels were fine. Beds/pillows are comfy. Not a lot of lighting but wasn’t as issue with the amount of time we spent in the room. It was great to have a microwave/fridge/coffee maker in the room.

Room was fine but it is unlike what is pictured. We also heard people yelling in the halls and slamming doors until 3am. Security tried to diffuse the situation multiple times but the noise continued. The restaurant and bar was also not open during our stay. The hotel is in a great location especially if attending events at the Bell Centre. Public transit was easily accessible and within walking distance. Okay place to stay if you don’t mind the noise. Although, I don’t think I would return.

Property was close to all amenities, check in and out was easy and fast, always a taxi outside to take you anywhere. Downfall when we went…no bar or restaurant as they were both closed for Reno’s.

The people were friendly and the room smelled clean. Barely any parking, a lot of noise and yelling during the night, no ice on our floor and quite a few outlets and light in the room didn’t work.

Location is really great. Other than that showers didn’t work properly, the elevators were extract slow and also didn’t work properly. there was a line for the elevators of 20 people at some point. And I’d say the photos don’t match the room at all but overall it was ok.

Perfect, affordable stay to attend a concert at the Bell Centre - walking distance away. Lots of parking underneath. Elevators are busy so stairs are easier option if you can use them.

Honestly I hate having to give bad reviews but this hotel was awful. The one elevator didn't work and took up to 20mins to get to my room from the lobby. The rooms were so noisy and you couldn't control the temperature in your room. We ended up moving to a different hotel after one night

The door slamming and screaming at 5:00AM Sunday was frightening I couldn’t go back to sleep. The commotion outside elevator involved a large group of people , police were called . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I want a refund please .

Checked in with 3 kids and were given a room across from the elevators so all the drunks coming back in the middle of the night kept waking the kids up. Restaurant and pool were both closed and only found out at check in. 2 queen beds with 3 pillows on each bed. Typically people sleep with 2 pillows each. There were 4 of us so 2 of us had 1 pillow. No hand towels, only bath towels and wash cloths that you could see through. Also only one elevator was working. Overall a very bizarre stay. Previous stays were much better.
