I liked the space/layout. The room was comfortable. The light was good for Montreal. The staff are a mess. They are not informed and clearly not trained as hospitality professionals. The door to my room was not shutting properly and the staff left my room open twice over a 2 week period. I fell outside the hotel because they let the sidewalk build up with snow..I know it's Montreal, I've heard it all before...but a hotel should at least shovel their sidewalk. I was charged for 4 extra days because of an administration problem. Both WRFY and Expedia are not taking responsibility for their poor communication and incompetence with customer service.

This was perfect for our week stay in Montreal for work & play. There's a nice walking path along the canal right next to the building. The unit was well equiped with the basics and very clean. The Adonis grocery store 4min walk away had everything we needed to stock our kitchen for the work week. The front desk was super responsive over Expedia chat and friendly and helpful in person as well. Only things I'll say is it would have been great to have access to a hot tub and/or gym, and the area of Griffintown is in the middle of a rebuild so there is a lot of construction and some buildings look rough but we never felt unsafe. We will likely be back!

This property was comfortable, well-equipped, modern, and super comfy bedding. The staff was helpful and courteous. The property is located in a quiet, walkable area, and close to some breakfast places and supermarkets.

The front desk does not answer their telephones throughout the day and there was a mix up in my payment method for which the team did not make an attempt to rectify. Otherwise the hotel itself is clean and placed well in the city.

Lovely property I would recommend anyone visiting Montreal to check out Griffintown. The front desk employees are helpful and will communicate and take care of any issues you have, it is really close to downtown and you can basically walk to the underground city, shopping, eating and supermarkets. I definitely will be returning to the same hotel.

Very clean and comfortable, lots of good dining options nearby. Metro is quite far but bus service is good. Hotel parking is very expensive and there are other options nearby.
