Staff was amazing (polite and very helpful). Thai restaurant was very good but a bit pricey. Breakfast was also good, but pricey. Starbucks was just down the street. Room was spacious and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The Nesspresso machine was awesome for our morning coffee. The staff was welcoming friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and offered great amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I will be staying here again when I return to Montreal. The only suggestion I have is to use the parking on the side street it’s $25 a day and the hotel charges $60 which is outrageous in my opinion.

I had never stayed at a Warwick before, but after this stay I will look for Warwick hotels when I travel. The hotel and restaurant were amazing. The staff was unbelievably friendly and professional (except for one). The room was incredibly clean (I know because I wipe down rooms when I arrive). The only down side was the junior suite I stayed in (which wasn't cheap) was facing an alley. I didn't mind that the view wasn't great (I wasn't in Montreal to enjoy a hotel view). What bothered me is that at 5am every morning (for 3 mornings) a dump truck was below my 6th floor window beeping and slamming dumpsters. On the 3rd day it came by at 5am, 530am and 6am!! By that 3rd day I finally had enough and mentioned it at the front desk. The hotel offered for me to move my room. I told them, with one night left on my stay I wasn't going to move rooms. Then they offered me ear plugs which was basically a cruel joke. When I asked for a monetary discount on the 4th night I could hear the girls out back laughing at my request. I understand the hotel doesn't control city dumpster schedules (so I see the humor in my request), but rather than laugh at my request or offer my ear plugs (now that was a joke) a simple monetary compensation would have been the proper thing to do. But I received nothing and again on the 4th morning at 5am there was a dumpster outside. So here's a lesson learned for all: If you see dumpsters below your room ask for another one before you get too comfortable.

However, are sorry for the aspects of your stay that were not satisfactory, and for the inconveniences encountered because of that. With the intention of improving our offer for our guests, please know that we have communicated your comments to the concerned departments. As an organization, and personally, the respect of everyone is one of our core values and in no situation the lack of respect towards someone is tolerated in our establishment, we apologize if the situation has made you feel this way. I remember one of my colleagues coming to me in the back office during this situation. I remember it clearly, because her and I tried finding a solution (the room move, the earplugs (with no intention of it being a cruel joke, we tried offering something that was directly linked to the noise issue), and we were concerned. Aside from her and I, this office contains two more people daily, maybe the laughs came from there. My goal is not to invalidate the emotions that you felt, I just want to reassure you that we took your situation very seriously, as we know how sleep is important, and sometimes more fragile when far from home, on jetlag, etc. We took the initiative of contacting you a few days ago with the hope of finding a solution that would be appropriate for the situation.We thank you for your visit, and hope to have the chance to discuss with you.Warmest regards,Valérie

I remember it clearly, because her and I tried finding a solution (the room move, the earplugs (with no intention of it being a cruel joke, we tried offering something that was directly linked to the noise issue)), and we were concerned. Aside from her and I, this office contains two more people daily, maybe the laughs came from there. My goal is not to invalidate the emotions that you felt, I just want to reassure you that we took your situation very seriously, as we know how sleep is important, and sometimes more fragile when far from home, on jetlag, etc. We have taken the initiative to contact you via email a few days ago, with a similar answer than the present one, with the hopes of finding a solution that would be appropriate for the situation. Checking in was a frustrating, waste of time. When I've stayed here before, i had no issue checking in by putting a deposit and didn't have to use a credit card, but now they won't allow check in whatsoever unless you use a credit card. When i booked, I specifically choose the junior suite because the online photos show it with a separate rainfall shower and soaker tub. I had a busy day planned and wanted to take a hot bath before bed. When i arrived at my room, there was no tub in the washroom, so i had to waste even more time going back to reception for a room change. The tub has a faucet and handheld sprayer, but the knob to change from faucet to handheld was broken. The plug to drain the tub was broken. There are double sinks, but one was clogged and the other drained very slowly. There were large brown stains on the curtains. Overall, it looks alright on the surface, but as soon as i tried to use anything, it went right downhill. Needless to say, next time i visit Montreal, i won't be staying here again.

This is why we do ask for a physical credit card at the check-in, as mentioned on our website. We know that it complicates the check-in process, but are doing our best to protect everyone's data and payment method security. For the missing bathtub in the Junior Suite, we were glad to be able to offer you a room with a bathtub and a shower, since on our website, in the description of the suite, we mention "bathtub or shower", and there is no picture of the bathroom for the Junior Suite. We do apologize if the way the pictures of other bathrooms for other suites might have been confusing. At the reservation, please always feel comfortable to mention any preferences such as bathtub, higher floor, etc. We can not guarantee anything, but our team always tries to assign the best room for each one of our guests. We have taken the initiative of reaching out to you via email, more privately, with the hopes of discussing further with you on the aspects that could've improved your experience. Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Windows can open which is what I prefer. The only downside: no ice machines! You have to request ice at the fromt desk which is a pain. Also the only parking optionnus valet at a little over $50/day which is steep considerimg the room prices. Great resto (Siam) at the hotel!

A very nice property with an upscale feel to it. Rooms were well appointed. Not lavish but very nice and very spacious and well laid out. Generous workspace and lots of closet and drawer space. Washroom was nice - a touch on the small side but well appointed with nice fixtures and shower head. Very nice stay overall!
