Très bon rapport qualité/prix mais pourrait être largement mieux avec un peu d’amour. Malgré l’apparence très neuf du loft, à plusieurs endroits les murs étaient vraiment sales. Ainsi que le plafond de salle de bain. Une patte de divan semblait vouloir lacher à chaque fois qu’on s’assoyait. À noter que l’édifice se trouve juste au coin de rue où des sand-abris ont établie leur campement et je me suis malheureusement fait exploser ma fenêtre de voiture et voler le contenue....De plus le stationnement n’est pas très évident. Cela m’a value une contravention de 171$. Outre cela, le building est sécuritaire et le procédé de check-in ne peut être plus simple. J’y retournerais surment malgré tout. Je stationnerais ma voiture ailleurs par contre!
