Easy walking distant to everything.

Pros: Everything!
Location: Le Serpent restaurant was excellent along with Bota Bota the spa on a tug boat!!!
The staff and entire experience was excellent! Friendly. Happy to help. Great Bar. Easy to get your car parked and returned. Pretty surroundings!

Really overrated! Never again.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Where do I start. I didnt want a cookie cutter hotel .... But something trendier, boutique style. Right off the bat, there was no doorman, which continued for the rest of my stay. Entering into the lobby.... The decor was trendy and Upscale just like the photos online but the furniture was ascue and not where it should be. Clearly there was no effort put into keeping the place in order so it looks presentable. I paid extra money for a signature room on the top floor with city views. The views were ok.... No big complaints there.... But the cleanliness was actually gross. There were several large stains on the carpets. I ran myself a bath and noticed the tub was dirty to the point I had to scrub it myself with one of the face clothes. Gross! The toilet paper was the cheapest toilet paper one can buy, sandpaper really. I ended up using the Kleenex. The blow dryer was appauling!!! It was so caked with sticky hairspray that I couldn't bare to hold the thing to use it. I'm not a high maintenence person either but considering the money I spent on the room I expected the quality to be there. I came for an experience and I was grossed out, disappointed and As someone that frequents Montreal often I will never return.

Great hotel in Old Montreal

Lovely hotel in a wonderful neighbourhood. Great area for boutique shops and restaurants and he Old Port just around the corner. Hotel was centrally located, safe, clean with all ammenities and a great little restaurant attached as well. Highly recommended!

Well located but terrible service/room

First, the beds were super uncomfortable --my husband would weight me down to his side- it felt like we were drowning in the middle. Second when we checked-in, the lady said to us in English--mind that I speak French as well- that our rate included breakfast, where it was served and times, and when we went to have the worse breakfast ever --cold coffee, old fruit, hard bread- we had to paid for it cause "it was not included"

Hôtel très bien situé dans le Vieux Montreal. La chambre était bien confortable et belle. Par contre les chambres voisine était très bruyante, et nous n'avons pas eu de réponses de la réception durant la nuit.
