I had to walk across the the road to a convince store to get a bottle of drinking water in the middle of the night I suggest to provide one bottle of water in each room.

Felt like a Prison

Way too small. Not even good for one night stay. Waste of time and money. I asked the manager for a bigger room that was listed for the same price online but he's like I can charge you as much as I want, not professional. Not a place for a hotel.

Hotel was okay

The pillows are to small and need to be given two per bed otherwise it was okay

A great location!

Pros: Breakfast is good. Described as "continental" it was actually more than that. Also, one can order a full breakfast.
Cons: More than just one towel for each guest would have been nice.
Location: Everything is nearby since the Metro is close. The best maps are available at the tourist info center on Rue Ste Catherine. Green line, Peel stop.
Right next to Chinatown and within walking distance to Old Montreal. The airport bus 747 stop is one block from the hotel and the Metro is about 4 blocks away. The staff at the desk is very friendly and super helpful. They all speak perfect English. The housekeeping staff is a little sketchy; they might smoke in your room.

Nice hotel close to everything,

Very good hotel, at walking distance to everthing, continental breakfast and staff were the best. I strongly recommended for people like us that walk up early to hit the streets and come back at night for a good bath and a comforted bed to sleep. Keep up the good work!!!'

it was not a place to live in

i will never go to this hotel again.it was so terrible to stay over there.The room was so small.

Great rate, needs some work on customer service

Pros: Cheap, right in downtown area
Cons: Customer service, amenities(NO hot water? Unacceptable!)
Location: Right in Chinatown and near shopping and Museums
Overall the stay was just O.K. There was no hot water the first night, I asked the front desk for an extra blanket that was promised but never delivered, the pastries at breakfast the next day were stale and the coffee was lukewarm. Some of the front desk staff are friendly, others not so much. If you can afford a better Hotel I recommend you do so.

Not bad

It's not a bad hotel to stay at. It's clean and the staff are friendly but they need to work on the heating because the rooms can get cold at times.

The overall hotel was pretty good the only negative was that housekeeping did not clean the room.
