Terrible staying at this Hotel

Pros: I don't dare live here any more. Very terrible and they will throw all my things.
Cons: Follow the process and do no enter the guest's room without permission!!!
Location: The hotel is located just the opposite of China town of Montreal.
We arrived the hotel at 7:00 p.m. Apr. 14 and their staff told us there was no reservation. After nearly 45 minutes contacting with Expedia, we got the room. However, the hotel gave us the wrong room, then we changed it again. The worst thing is: we put the "Do not disturb" card on the door and walked out the next morning. Their cleaners still entered our room and throw all our things into dustbin including my passport!!!!

Always great Staff and great location.

Pros: Staff & stress free
Cons: Nothing
Location: Between the entrance to China town and St Caths, great location and great food options
I scheduled this trip and they were nice enough to put me in the same room as my past stays. Perfect as always with no issues.

Good central location

We had a great experience at this hotel, it was clean and our room had a fairly nice view. It's very close to the metro station which gets you all over the city among other thing that were easy to walk to. One problem we had was our flight was landing in the morning but check in wasn't until 3. I had called days prior to ask for an early check in and was told it would be no problem, when we showed up to check in at noon, no room available. Was left sitting and waiting until 2:55 before they could finally get us to a room. Everything after that was great, just don't count on an early check in even if you're told you'll get it

Great location

Paid for two nights at 276.00 however I had to leave after one night due to a family emergency. So was not able to stay for the scones night. How do I get the balance back or can a credit be issued? Please advise.

Excellent Hotel in Good location

Pros: Location, cleanliness, vibe
Cons: Sometimes cleaning at odd hours. I had to leave the room at 5:45pm after walking all day since the cleaning happened late.
Location: Just outside downtown close to Place des Arts. Short walk downtown and to old village.
Hotel is high quality especially for the price. The lobby and rooms were all clean and well maintained. The desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk to the old city and downtown. You can take a quick bus ride up to Mile End / Plateau-Mont-Royal. There is a 24 hour convenience store attached to the lobby as well as a nice looking restaurant (I didn't try it out). They kept the room clean and well-stocked with supplies. It is nice having a fridge, some dining-ware and cutlery and a microwave even in the budget rooms.

Would definitely return! Had a little issue with house keep but the Front Desk Manager was amazing! When I brought the issue to her, she went out of her way to be helpful! Totally changed my experience for the stay!

Room size a problem
