May 24, weekend away.

Posted May 23, 2017
Pros: Location, staff
Cons: Parking
Location: Walking distance to Old Montreal, and Rue St catherine
Hotel was nice. Conveniently located to almost everything. Room was comfortable but a bit small. Front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. Main issue I would have was with parking. They only offer valet parking and very hard to even stop to drop car off.

Second time back. Great place

Posted May 22, 2017
Pros: Liked the easy access to transportation...bus, metro, or even walking to events. Both times it's been quiet, and rooms are large - fast free wifi!
Cons: I wish bottled water was supplied. Otherwise no suggestions.
Location: Too many cultural, historical, musical, gastronomic adventures to mention...all within a short walk or cab ride. If you rent a car, it's limitless!
Sure love the size of the room - even though bathroom is on the small size. Ample closet, drawer, and storage...even a handy fridge, sink, dishes and microwave tucked behind doors. Tried room service, servuce& food was great. Tapas style restaurant downstairs serves delightful interesting food at a very reasonable price. Even the $10 breakfast buffet serves warm, fresh croissants, muffins, fresh fruit, but limited protein choices, but hey at $10 it's perfect. The metro, St Catherine's Street hot spots, downtown culture, art, and entertainment hubs are an easy walk from the hotel. If you're lucky your room gives you a panoramic view of China Town, and points south- like the courthouse, Montreal City Hall, and old Montreal. On the 10 th floor you can see the St Lawrence in the distance! Will stay here again!

Decent hotel

Posted May 15, 2017
Overall, the hotel and staff were pleasant. Some things that I like having made convenient that were not great were the gym and the parking situation. Over 30 minutes to get your car after also paying $30 for it to be parked felt inconvenient. The gym was tiny and suitable for a light workout and I was grateful to be alone while using it. Room was comfortable. It felt very clean though which is always nice. And super quiet and cozy for napping.

Boutique hotel so close to Chinatown

Posted May 13, 2017
Boutique hotel so close to chinatown with yummy food. Convenience store access via lobby, nice to have especially in 35°F. Room right next to elevator was a little noisy, heard the lift moving up & down, HOWEVER, it was worth the view overlooking the city & spacious room.

A solid 3 start hotel....

Posted May 12, 2017
Pros: It offered a bit more than what I expected.
This is a solid 3 star hotel that, like all 3 star hotels in my opinion, comes with those minor problems that will always prevent it from being a 4 star hotel. The carpet and walls have some permanent stains, the clealiness of the floors is not 100%, there are chips of paint out of the furniture and baseboards and some other minor problems but, overall, the room was fine for the price. Comfortable bed, spacious, nice to have kitchenette for breakfast in the room (and the IGA is just 2 blocks West of the hotel). When we had some issues with the room, we told reception staff right away and they were fixed or rectified so that they did not happen again during our 6 day stay there. Definitely recommend, watch for sales on the bigger Queen Loft rooms and enjoy the location close to Chinatown and a few blocks to the Metro stop.

Hotel very close to Chinatown.

Location is excellent, however the room is just average and the beddings are not comparable to the other two hotels I previously stayed.

Trendy hotel. Modern room layouts.

Posted Apr 26, 2017
Central location in downtown. Great access to everything. Room was well kept. Has a small gym on floor 5. Staff were very attentive. There is a Mac's type convenience store in the hotel and guests had access through a lobby hallway to it. The outdoor patio on 5 was a nice amenity and provides a nice view. The single elevator was the only miss on this 12 story hotel.....during peak hours you did have to wait a few minutes for it to arrive.
