Nice hotel close to downtown attractions

The hotel was nice but the rooms appear older than the lobby. It's nice but not fabulous. We did enjoy being close to the shops and excellent restaurants and that was the primary reason for selecting this hotel.

Common areas are modern and inviting.

Pros: Location
Cons: Paid extra for a renovated room which was not super improved. It just took the room from dingy to acceptable.
Location: Good location to resturants and shops. Saint Catherine street which has lots to do was just outside the door. Hotel is connected to underground mall
Good location, very friendly staff. Morning breakfast was good, though host staff were a bit unfriendly.

Old hotel and run down. It should be a 3 starts

Rooms are very spacious but very old. It's really a 3 stars hotel therefore over priced. It is dark and the carpet smells bad The location is great though. However with that price you can pay for a more modern 4 start hotel in the same area The cleaning lady did a great job though.

Pleasant staff, nice lobby and lounge areas. Some room Reno's are taking place to update the hotel.

I consider it despicable when a hotel asks for double the price to stay another night with an approaching winter storm.
