Lo unico que lo salva es la ubicacion

De no ser por la ubicacion, malo de principio a fin. Los cuartos sucios todo el tiempo. El buffete muy descuidado. Descubrimos que no habian cambiado las sabanas de los huespedes anteriores! Las toallas eran las mismas. La habitacion sucia, el servicio lento. No vale lo que cuesta.

Pros: l'emplacement
Cons: Maintenir les chambres propres et une bonne insonorisation. Je n'ai pas a vous apprendre a faire votre boulot.
Location: centre-ville, tout y est!
j'ai réservé une chambre non remboursable PLUS JAMAIS!!! à première vue la chambre semble ok et entrant il y a une odeur de moisissure et la responsable m'a proposé une autre chambre, même problème et en plus les murs était sale, les bureaux poussiereux et la chambre tellement bruillante. Apres deux heures passé dans ce calvers j'ai demandé un remboursement qui ma été refusé. j'ai tout simplement quitté l'hôtel et je fais en ce moment des démarches pour récupéré mon argent de cette bande de requins! J'en reviens toujours pas!

Muy amable el personal y muy buenas instalaciones. Desde el mall hay acceso al hotel... En ese mall está la estación del metro... La ubicación excelente... Muy buen ambiente en las noches, la gente caminando tranquila en las calles.

not even close to any hyatt hotel

Pros: location
Cons: to be updated immediately
Location: in the center of the city and close to the highway
Hotel is really in the center of the city close to everywhere, but needs to be updated, beds were not comfortable, showers, toiletries, towels ..really not as expected from hyatt..low quality hotel..maybe a 2.5 stars hotel

Parking was very expensive, the view was not good. The space was not in the room, particularly for 3 person. the location of the hotel was good. easy access to everywhere in downtown.
