I arrived in a Thursday April 11/2024 I checked out the room. Only one robe. When there are two people.then I turned on the tv was not working. Asked numerous of times. Still nothing was done about the TV. Then they sent somebody upstairs finally in my room had no clue what he was doing and that was it. Oh, one more thing to add when we were checking in the One person that really stands out is Roberto very nice person. Keep up the good work.

The only concern I had was with the Sound coming from the Heater, it was too loud to keep on. luckily i didn't need Heat or AC. everything else was great

The room was fantastic. All front desk personnel were very helpful. Car valet available at additional cost. Near Musée des Beaux Arts and quite close to a metro stop.

Everything is amazing. Location, staff, rooms amenities etc. but parking is a concern. The hotel only offers valet and thats chargeable unlike other hotels which offer free parking for guests. Except that. Everything was excellent. Specifically the staff. Very helpful and cooperative.

The staff was very accommodating, we arrived early in Montreal and they were able to give us an early check in as well as a late check out. They were friendly and punctual with any requests we had. Plus the hotel is located in a great neighbourhood walking distance from Saint Catharine St and close to all modes of transport as well!

Restaurant only let you have the breakfast Buffett which was $25 each. It was cereal and breakfast sandwiches. Front desk clerk suggested Beatrice Restaurant and maybe best meal I have eaten. Thank you Overall hotel was very good for the price

The corner king bed room is the most beautiful hotel space I've ever stayed at in Montréal. Such classy, and beautiful details. I love the carpetless floors and the pillow selection is perfect, finally a comfortable firm option. Would have happily stayed longer!

Very friendly staff and great location. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was a little rough around the edges (stain on wall above bed, cracked door covering over the fridge, broken tile in shower, damaged baseboards in room). Sheets and bathroom were very clean, though. Just a little disappointed with overall condition.

Hotel is a very good option, would definitely stay again and recommend- very affordable. I was lucky and got a complementary upgrade which was really nice. We had to find parking (Hotel ran out of parking spaces) it wasn’t ideal but Hotel suggested parking not too far away. The Hotel is a bit out of the way but close enough to walk to places, catch an Uber or taxi. 7.5 out of 10

Nice rooms. Walkable to many places in Downtown Montreal within 20 - 30 minutes. Lots of shopping optionsin the immediate area. Lots of pubs close by.

This place was good to stay for us to walk around and just have a place to sleep. Their parking is valet and not the best choice price wise. Better to look for parking options nearby as it’s very limited. Otherwise good location and clean and friendly staff

- stayed here a handful of times - no stationery in the room - attendant did not clean my room - showed up at 5pm to clean my room - upon check out I was told to wait while the room was inspected before they could let me leave
