Great location, 10-25min walk and you will be anywhere you need to be. Great staff, breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, breads and bagels. The kitchenette was a fabulous addition. Would definitely stay again.

Very close to everything.

Pros: Location/convenience. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast is free which is a plus. Concierge for bus tour is on the lobby.
Location: Go to the museums, spend time at the old Montreal, visit the Notre Dame church, checkout the underground city, go shoping and try the restaurants.
This hotel is perfect for longer stay. We stayed on the 7th floor for a week with room that has a full kitchen, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and utinsels. The room has plenty of space for 2 people and the location is right in the middle of the city which is also a walking distance to almost all of the historical places and museums. Restaurants and shopping center is only about 5-minute walk. Strolling in the neighborhood of this hotel at night gives someone a lot of options to see. The place is pretty safe (generally Montreal is a safe place to stroll at night) excellent for a family vacation. Although it is located in the middle of everything, the hotel is very quiet. It has a swimming pool and a gym at the roof top with fantastic view! The underground city is convenietly located about 5 or so minutes walk from this hotel. Wi-Fi signal is pretty strong throughout the hotel. The breakfast room is on the second floor offering a variety of bread, coffee, fruits, cerials etc. for free.

Could have been better

Cons: Staff needs more training esp the ground level...
Checked out Tuesday....gave Valet my parking stub...Valet gives a 'Poker Face'....asked Valet for map and directions...same blank face...robotic answer...thought he must be having a 'bad day'... Next I see a 'white family' exit the elevator...this man goes out of his way to greet them... Another 'white lady' asks him for directions...he beams... The $5 USD which was in my hand - a tip - went back in my wallet. I am talking about the valet you show in the profile pic of your account. The taller individual of the two in the morning. BTW the 'Afghani' valet on Monday night chek in was cheerful and was tipped. This is my second stay at your hotel. Also in your 1 bedroom there was just a single big pot...which is extremely cumbersome to make tea for 2. I asked for standard pot. Front desk just shrugged it off...saying 'that's all...what is there is there...' I have stayed at several full kitchen suites in USA/Canada...if anything obvious is missing...the front desk goes out of their way to provide.

Dear valued guest, Thank you for taking the time to write these comments. We certainly strive on giving the best customer service possible and it’s with these comments that we can improve and make sure all our guests leave the hotel with a pleasant and memorable experience. I am very sorry you felt you received unfair treatment from my employee. Although I’m not questioning what you saw or how you felt, I can honestly say that we are all used to providing the same service no matter the colour of the skin and the origin of the guests. We have a growing international clientele and my team is very multi-ethnic and I have never had any issued like this before. Needless to say I was very surprised with your comment. I will address the situation with the employee in question to make sure no other guests feel what you felt but I cannot imagine it was meant in a harming way. As for the fully equipped kitchens, they have been carefully thought of, they are all furnished the same way, whether it be a room for 2 or a room for 6. When possible we do take the suggestion of our guests with consideration and I will make sure we get a few smaller pots for guests who request them. I apologise for my front desk staff’s reaction as they should not have shrugged it off. This will also be addressed to them. Should you ever return to Montreal, please make sure you contact me for your reservation. I would love for us to show you how we normally treat all our guests, with the same excellent customer service. Best regards.

Great experience

Posted Apr 16, 2017
Pros: Service was excellent.
We had two suites, a one bedroom and a two. They were both spacious and well appointed. I wish I'd taken photos because the onsite shots don't really do it justice. From the front desk to the lovely people who kept our rooms clean to the valet service,it was top notch. Be aware that valet service is $24 a day and it's not really optional as there is pretty much nowhere you can park. But it is an in and out service so you can come and go as much as you want. There were three children with us and each day as we returned to the hotel the rooms were totally picked up, even to go as far as lining up all of their little dollies and stuffed animals on the pillows. The front destroy was very helpful, even trying to get my phone to work for me when my carrier failed me, and printing out and talking us through directions for the road home. Breakfast was continental, so fairly basic, but decent. Nice pool area and workout room. The hotel is is a central location so you can walk(in comfy shoes) all over. One thing to note is that it's located on a hill and some of what we wanted to do was down that hill...a couple of us took a cab back up! We walked to Old Montreal, China Town and quite a few children's attractions. My husband and son were able to walk to Bell Center to see the Rangers kick the Canadiens butts at the first Stanley Cup playoff game!
