Everything was excellent

Posted Nov 20, 2016
Pros: The comfort of the bed and pillows as well as the awesome bathroom with the soaker tub.
Cons: No
I recently had a 4 night stay and everything was excellent from check in to check out. There was one small problem on the second day and my room did not get cleaned. I alerted the staff of the issue and they did attempt to resolve it within 15 minutes but I was so tired from my day I opted to not have any service. This is a beautiful, comfortable and well situated hotel that I would highly recommend. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and look forward to the opportunity to stay again.

Well priced boutique hotel in great location

Posted Nov 18, 2016
Pros: Good price. Lovely rooms.
Cons: The staff seemed very overwhelmed at times when it was busy, and not particularly accommodating.
Location: Can walk to the Plateau area, old town, Little Burgundy, shopping district, etc. Too many restaurants to list. Central location to everything.
Have stayed here before - great location close to shopping, restaurants, central to excursions all over the city.

Great location

Posted Nov 15, 2016
Pros: This hotel is located downtown town next to lots of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are up dated and comfortable. Very clean hotel. Would definitely stay here next time I am in Montreal.
Cons: Only thing I didn't like about this hotel was that it only had one elevator working and waits were sometimes long.
Location: Location is great, one street over fron St. Catherine were there is lots of shopping. Short walk to Bell Center and many very good restaurants.

Great location

Posted Nov 14, 2016
Pros: The location was amazing - metro stop just outside, restaurants, movie theatre and entrance to underground city all within minutes.
Cons: There needs to be more than 2 elevators, and more than 1 ice machine.
Location: The location was amazing - metro stop just outside, restaurants, movie theatre and entrance to underground city all within minutes.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is quiet and the staff are very helpful - particularly the concierges. Climate control works well. The bath tub is amazing although there is a weird feature where screens open up so you can watch someone in the bathroom...

Beautiful accommodations. Excellent service.

Posted Nov 12, 2016
Pros: Everything was excellent! Staff was great. Everything from lobby to rooms seemed brand new. Must have been renovated very recently.
Cons: There was a large construction project happening at an adjacent building (Nov, 2016). Luckily our room was not on that side, so we didn't hear a thing.
Location: Peele Metro stop is across the street. Walk to McGill, St. Catherine Street. It's in the middle of everything.
