Great, within walking distance of everything.

Fantastic hotel, has a great pool. Close to anything you might want downtown. We went for a concert. Breakfast is not included and is somewhat expensive, but there are so many restaurants around a 5 minute walk from the hotel you won't have trouble finding something.

Stars don't reflect the level of service

Level of service and room comfort do not reflect the star rating. Reception not helpful, rooms have basic comforts , but you have to ring reception and get yourself toothbrushes or any personal amenities. Concierge is Moore keen on a tip than giving assistance . Just not a star hotel

Nice hotel, great location

Pros: Staff, facilities, location, and a pretty quiet room for a downtown hotel.
Cons: The air con and refridgerator were a little noisy.
Stayed for a week. Nice hotel with decent facilities, and the stay are great. The location was ideal for me, right in the middle of downtown within walking distance of a lot of the attractions I wanted to see, and it's right next door to an entrance to the Peel metro station if you want to go further afield.

Fantastic Time in Montreal!

Pros: Hotel, staff, vicinity to tourist attractions
Cons: Menu for the restaurant was expensive and pretty fancy for a couple simple people. However, it would be a foodies paradise.
Location: You can do everything quite easily from the hotel.
Great hotel. Great staff. Within walking distance of most attractions and if not, the Metro is a few steps away. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Long Weekend in Montreal

One of the best hotels in downtown Montreal (facilities & amenities), close to Rue St Catherine and just 20min walk to the Old Port. Hotel staff are courteous, friendly, helpful (suggesting local restaurants) and accommodating. VIP upgrade let us check out 2 hours late. This hotel never disappoints.

Perfect location

Pros: Very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast could be earlier on the weekend.
Great location - easy access to bars, restaurants and shopping and other locations like old Montreal and showgrounds due to the Metro 50 yards from the hotel.

Cons: Need a curtain to block out the light of the street, a desk chair that can be adjusted, remove tripping hazard btw bathroom/hall, serve warm food.
Staff are pleasant but more could be done to ensure visitors are comfortable.

The Verrière Room is one of our popular rooms because of the exceptional view the room offers of downtown Montreal. We are aware that the blackout curtains are not provided in the room and this is why we always advise our guests upon their arrival or at the time of booking. So clean

I had a few personal issues upon checkin and the staff helped put me at ease. I felt so welcome. The room was the best room I've ever stayed in. So amazingly clean. Location was perfect. Right in the heart of Montreal city. A++ 10 stars!!!
