Great location and friendly staff

This hotel was a great location, walkable to anywhere downtown. Close to the metro, train station, and Norte Dame. We would stay here again. For the price it was a great value. However the bed was not as comfortable as what we were expecting and the pillows made my neck hurt. The gym was closed for two days while we were there as well. The staff were amazing and so friendly though and really made us feel welcome! I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars!

Had an amazing experience, the staff was super friendly and the hotel is conveniently located to some great sight seeing activities within walking distance

Great smaller hotel, great location

Really nice room, pool rather small, would have been nice to have a hot tub. Great location.

Very well located and great

Pros: Location, clean and luxury setting
Cons: More energetic and pro-active helpful doormen Housekeeping between noon and 4 by default, rather than 4 to 6pm
Well located downtown, very comfortable clean room. I went there several times. Check-in and out staff very great. Doormen too slow with luggage, not particularly helpful beyond opening the doors (then let you carry all your luggages and let them fall several times on the floor - had the same experience every time I went to this hotel). Another thing to know is that rooms are cleaned between 4 and 6pm if you stay overnight. If you wish to have yours done before, you must tell the reception. I am used to go out early in the morning and come back at 4pm to rest until leaving again at 6 or 7pm, so I ended up declining the daily housekeeping when they knocked on my door at 5:30pm.

Hotel in the middle of everything!

Pros: Location, price, cleanliness
Location: Museums, shopping, Mount Royal, McGill University, lots of restaurants.
This was a wonderful hotel! It was close to shopping, restaurants, museums, parks and many activities. The staff was welcoming. The outdoor pool was a great place to relax at the end of the day. I would absolutely go back.

Great Downtown Hotel

Pros: The hotel is less than a block from the Metro which we used extensively.
Location: Go to Montreal to EAT. This hotel serves as a great launching point to the entire city.
We had a great stay at this conveniently located hotel. We were pleased with everything and will return.

Expedia VIP Upgrade Revoked

I got the free VIP room upgrade available for Expedia Gold+ members on my first night of arrival at this hotel. The following morning, I was informed by the hotel manager named Rossella Rao that in order to stay in my upgraded room, I had to pay extra for that room because they had to "move things around" to make it available for me. When I told her I would report this to Expedia, she changed her words saying the upgrade room was not available and that was what they should have told me in the first place. I was then downgraded to a smaller room. deceitful management.

Dishonest management

I was offered VIP room upgrade available for Expedia Gold+ member and the next day was asked by the hotel manager named Rosella to pay extra $60 if I wanted to stay in that upgraded room. When I refused to pay, I was downgraded to a smaller room. Corrupt management with no regards for the guests.

Hotel Overall was great!

Hotel was nice and very clean.. staff was friendly. Would only say that coordinating for a ride to the airport wasn't great and the driver said they work out a deal to charge more?? but in regards to hotel, room, cleanliness... I was very pleased.
