The level of service is unacceptable. The staff is clearly untrained, confused and unable to consistently address any concerns we had during our stay. When we tried to rectify these concerns after our stay with the manager via email, it was clear that the problems with this hotel come from the top. The manager seemingly was unable to actually read the emails we sent, leading to a long back and forth email chain which is incredibly frustrating.

This hotel made a late night layover with two kids MUCH easier. We walked right in at midnight, got a quick 6 hours of much needed rest on very comfortable beds, and were at our gate the next morning with ease.

Prefer to stay at an airport hotel for the convenience. It’s a very long walk from the terminal to the hotel and was somewhat exhausting for my elderly husband.
