The only negative thing I can say is that you can hear the traffic which is something any hotel would have difficulty smothering. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Staff very friendly

The furnitures were very deteriorated, not in good conditions , the room’s carpet was really dirty and the mattress really hard , pillows really bad as well . Sorry but it’s the truth

Non Smoking Room

Pros: Not much. Close to my meeting location.
Cons: See above.
Quebec must have a different interpretation of "Non Smoking" floors and hotel rooms. Room odor was that of a carton a week smoker. Washroom was not cleaned to a reasonable standard,

Quality hotel very comfortable

Good location, right off the Met and close to the reception hall The Riz. Would have been nice if there was a free bottle of water in the room.

Convenientely located

Pros: Just well located and ample parking
Cons: Cleanless in the corridors carpets stains
Location: Ok
I was surprised by the quite environment, so you could sleep comfortable as well

Read this review before staying at this hotel.

Maids forget to make up the room despite us going to the front desk every day to ask for service once we're out of the hotel for the day. Our truck was stolen out of the hotel parking garage (under a camera, under a bright light). Read that sentence (above) again. Have been staying at this hotel since our wedding night 16 years ago. Had good experiences until now. The hotel has apparently been under a constant state of renovation for those 16 years. This stay was no exception. When asked if vehicle theft has occurred in the past, both the desk clerk and the manager on duty stated it was a regular problem. Stay at your own risk...clean (ish), well located...but in a constant state of disrepair and apparently has an issue with guest property theft and does NOTHING to inform them of that prior to checking in (or even after).

Montreal is a metropolitan city, and most metropolitan city are known for car thefts. We reported this incident to the Montreal's police and we are working together to provide the most information on our side to help the police solve the case. Exactly what we needed for the occasion

Pros: It was near to all the things we needed for our stay.
Cons: I really found that this place was fine for our needs . A swimming pool would have topped it off greatly . 😉😉
Very satisfied with the hotel and staff . Nothing grandeous but everything we required .
