Cons: Freshen up the rooms with a brighter/lighter coat of paint.

It met my needs for a short stopover. Relatively clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. I would consider staying there again.

Close to mall walking distance .Pleased with the breakfast served in a timely manner and allowed us to get an ealy bus to AIRPORT.

Pros: il y a un ascenseur, il est propre, inclus le déjeuner.
Cons: plus d'options pour le déjeuner.
Location: Proximité de l’aéroport, et proche de tout : épicerie, Walmart, McDonalds, etc.
Le Quality Inn est toujours une bonne option pour aller a l’aéroport.

Pros: I liked the proximity to the airport. I liked the breakfast and the shuttle to the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: I did not see any newspaper or magazine in the lobby
Location: 1010 Herron Dorval Que.
I was very tired because my plane was late. The hotel and staff were very inviting. The room was comfortable . I fell asleep instantly.

Not recommended if you want to be able to sleep.

Pros: The fact that it has suites.
Cons: Appliances and furniture need to be replaced. Room inspection should identify clogged toilet before guests arrive, front staff needs to be motivated.
Location: Good location
Where do we start. The hotel location and the ability to book a suite for 4 people in under 200 a night was the reasoning for booking this hotel. The following needs to be corrected with this hotel for us to ever stay there again: 1. Sofa bed and rollaway bed ordered were in very poor condition (the springs on the mattress were worn out) and clearly needed to be replaced. 2 of our personnel had to sleep on the floor as it was more comfortable than either bed. 2. Washroom toilet was clogged and had foreign objects floating in it when we entered the room. 3. Appliances in the kitchen were at least from the 70s. The microwave for which we tried to warm up our food, was so old that it took about 3 minutes to simply get room temperature dinner to a luke warm level. 4. A stove microwave and fridge were available but no exhaust so not sure if that is even allowed as per code. The stove top had quite a bit of rust so once again probably not safe to turn on. 5. Very loud due to location being on the highway and right beside the airport. Clearly hotel was not built with noise cancellation construction in mind. 6. Front staff was clearly over worked and any calls were not answered within a reasonable time frame. When we complained we were told to post it online as they were not interested in listening to our experience. 7. Even the room phone was not working. Dialing numbers on it was quite frustrating. Trust me it was not worth the money we paid for it.

Hotel tres moyen

Je n'ai pas apprécié mon sejour à cet hotel. Chambre petite et sombre, lit dur. Moisissure dans la baignoire. Le personnel s'est obstiné avec moi pour que je règle la facture lorsque j'avais déjà payé avec expedia. J'ai demandé de laissé mon véhicule sur place puisque je quittais pour Val Dor pour qq jours mais on a refusé. Déçue de mon expérience, je ne crois pas revenir.

nice hotel near the airport

Location: there is a walmart and maxi (supermarket) just a few min walk away. being near the airport not much else that close without driving.
the hotel is right near the airport (though we drove). they have a nice variety of items for breakfast. they were also nice enough to let me borrow a shovel to dig out my car after getting a foot of snow. place is very clean and comfortable. i did have to open a window just a little because the heat was too high. slight disappointment in the bathroom; thought the lighting was a bit dim.

No heat in the room

After checking in the hotel noticed there's no heat, talked to main receptionist but no help what so ever other than she offered five different rooms to us to try out one's we like and each one of them had no heat in them as well. After neumrous attempts she sent us little portable heater which was about 4 hours after checking in the room. What I found most bizarre was that no heat/ac control units are installed in the rooms so every time there's need for temperature change in the room you have to call the main receptionist so they can adjust your room temperature.
