Pros: Room was just what we needed for a fair price through a booking but that in itself was a nightmare that the hotel washes its hands of blaming expedia
Cons: get restaurant staff to write things down so they can get the orders right. Quit pretending to be have a mega mind if you don't
Location: easy access from major highway
Most hotels/motels in this class offer a free breakfast. Tough fight to have one included here unless it was part of your booking ... Last year it was offered

Concerning the restaurant staff, I will forward your comments to their manager in order to rectify this issue. As far as the included breakfast, this is something we offer only with certain room types. Perhaps your previous booking was made in an executive suite which has breakfast included by default. It is always easier to contact the hotel after booking with a third party website to confirm your reservation. This way you will not have any surprises upon arrival. We hope you decide to stay with us again.

Spacious rooms.

Great big room, bedroom separated from a sitting room. Very nice accommodations. The only negative - the hotel only has s restaurant open for breakfast. It is not open for lunch or dinner, and so you cannot get a drink or a beer either.

Nice hotel with easy access to airport & shopping.

Lobby was bright & modern. Rooms a bit dated but clean. Location was excellent. Waitress in breakfast restaurant was very friendly. Overall a pleasant stay.

Big rooms were great & comfortable.

Staff friendly &helpful. Shuttle service is great. Only issue is that there are no restaurants close by.

Problem with toilet

Pros: location and cleanliness of room
Cons: Someone should have been sent to fix the toilet in our room.
Location: Close to family events.
Upon arriving at room, used the toilet and after flushing , the water kept running. Reported it to the front desk Sat. AM. when we checked out Mon. Am the toilet had not been fixed.

Disappointing

Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: We were really not satisfied with our room and we expressed this to the hotel manager, he should have offered to refund the price of the room.
We were not satisfied with the hotel for the following reasons: - The hotel name is misleading, the hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the airport, it's not an airport hotel. - The "standard room" is small, no closet, no armchair to sit in, if you are planning to spend more than 15 minutes awake in your room, do not choose the standard room. - The restaurant/bar is only open for breakfast, and as far as I could tell, not really anywhere to go within walking distance from the hotel if you're looking to get out of the room. - The temperature gauge on the thermostat was not working in the room which resulted in an uncomfortable night of sleep (we realized this in the middle of the night, and the next morning, the hotel manager suggested we could have called hotel staff but the last thing we wanted is to have the hotel staff in our room at 3am to try to fix a thermostat.
