I've been a guest at this property for decades, and have seen it decline over the years. This latest trip was the absolute worst experience I've EVER had here or any hotel for that matter. It was filthy and in extremely bad disrepair... multiple broken doors, jams, locks/latches... non- working/broken lights... non-working bathroom fixtures/fans.... severe need of painting... the list goes on and on. The front desk attendant did his best to find me a room that wasn't MESSED up... as he went with me to try and find a room that wasn't acceptable, after my original room wasn't even serviced and was still how it was left by the previous tenants!!! I couldn't believe how many rooms we went through before one was barely acceptable... many rooms were status'd as being ready, but weren't...no bath towels, trash wasn't emptied, left over items from previous tenants, uncleaned toilets, etc. The place was a pig sty. Corporate management needs to do their jobs and correct this totally unacceptable property and it's owners/mgmt

i should have just changed accommodation when i arrived and saw the mold and cracked paint all around the shower, but i was taking a class and it was the closest hotel. the lock on the door was broken, it was dirty, very dirty. it was loud at night was woken up both nights. this morning i found a freaking bone under the bed and made my kid get up and get out of there, freaked me out. i thought wyndem was quality place. i am very glad to be out of there.

The room was extremely dirty, it reeked a cigarette, we found cigarette butts thrown in the pile inside the room, hair on the towels and on the beds, the bathtub had stagnant water and the bathroom extractor fan was useless and was hanging from the ceiling, the breakfast only includes stale bread and coffee

The room I had was disgusting, bathroom vanity was stained, very old and you didn’t want to set anything on it. Shower/tub area was cracked with hobs of caulking around it. Front door didn’t lock correctly. Find another place to stay.

The room was fine, very comfy bed. No mini-fridge and when traveling that is a must. Not well stocked, not even soap, but i always have some in a travel bag. Fairly clean, never fun to find other people's hair in the tub. The biggest disappointment was the complimentary breakfast was just waffle makers and little donut holes or muffins. Not a yogurt, or egg in site. Some of us can't eat gluten or sugar, so that was a shame. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, room was quiet and convenient for my business trip.

Motel turned Hotel, not so much!
It looks like it used to be a motel. Rooms were dirty, I took a shower and the bathtub didnt drain beds were hard as rocks, people were slamming doors all night. The staff was unfriendly and when i told them the issues they offered me a cup of coffee, really?

The service was good and the rooms were clean (except for a small stain on the comforter). Breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. I went elsewhere the 2nd day. The hotel is very old and in serious need of an update. I likely would not stay again without knowing a remodel had occurred.

The building is older, outdated and could use some work but the overall experience wasn't terrible. Relatively clean. The staff was helpful (EJ - thank you) The breakfast was disappointing, we didn't have anything due to not being managed properly. Expedia was the worst part of my experience, I will not use them or any of their affiliates ever again. They embarrassed me by declining my credit card stating they input my information in incorrectly and my only option was to cancel and rebook with them or directly through the hotel which would increase my rate and I booked three nights and find this out at check in??? I ended up just paying cash and EJ was great!

The king bed was very comfortable and the pet policy was great. The walls were thin - you could hear a person cough and talk in the adjacent room- and the doorway and bathroom fixtures were pretty beat, as is the parking lot. Also - weirdly - they dont provide washcloths! But there was plenty of hot water and if you just need a place to crash for a night it's fine. The folks who work there are lovely and very helpful.

Slowly bleeding the life out of the property
The people were nice enough and doing well with what they've got. The room and bathroom are clearly not clean and not in good condition. The owners are clearly NOT putting any money into the motel and seem to be running it into the ground. I'm surprised that Days Inn allows their name to be on the property.

Won’t stay again.
We were very surprised by how filthy the room was. The bedspread had dirt on it, two pillows smelled like old aftershave, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the bathroom floor had dirt piled up in the corners, and there was hair in the bathtub. It was gross. The employee at the counter was very helpful and friendly though. This place needs updating and a deep cleaning.

My husband ended up leaving an hour after he checked in. We have filed a formal complaint with Expedia since the hotel would not accommodate another room or refund It was disgusting and dirty. There were bed bugs, curtains had blood on them, bathtub was peeling and falling apart. Air condition unit was eroding around it. Air wouldn't blow Took the cover off it was caked with layers of sediment and dust Front desk did not care.

The picture of breakfast on line is much different than offered. I would suggest taking the picture off and not advertise breakfast included. You have a lot of reviews that are negative about breakfast.

Very dated property. You can hear everything through the walls as they are paper thin. Breakfast rather snack, was very very simple. Overall not terrible but would definitely consider staying somewhere else next time.

The bathroom had obvious water damage that had not been addressed, the bathtub faucet could not be completely turned off and the heater smelled like it had not been cleaned in years, we had to turn it off. this room was not anything like the pictures posted on the website. At least the sheets appeared to be clean.
