Clerk very helpfulPosted Aug 21, 2016
Pros: Cleanliness, roomy, staff, appearance from street.
Cons: All good.
Location: Gateway to mountains and Black Canyon.
Could not get closed-caption off tv. Clerk came up and used instruction sheet to remove the CC. She also called later and asked about our stay. Also the staff at complimentary breakfast was very nice, helpful and professional. The food was top rate.

As good as expected, but wasn't the best.Posted Jul 5, 2016
It is nicer than other hotels in the area, but it definitely had flaws. Location was fine, but getting into the parking lot is confusing and parking spots are pretty limited. The staff was great, but overall I didn't feel like they planned accordingly for a busy holiday weekend. We asked for towels on two different occasions, only to be told they didn't have any available. The room was adequate other than the A/C fan that was really loud when it turned off and the bad lighting in the room. Pillows were horrible, but I always bring my own when I can. Overall, I would probably stay there again because you are pretty limited for the area.
