Good locationPosted Aug 16, 2015
This hotel is starting to show its age. Whoever owns it needs to spend some money on mattresses as these are warn out and you room to the middle.

Quality has been lost here.Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Great location. It did have a fridge and microwave and great air conditioner.
Cons: Needs to be cleaned and maintained.
Location: Next to river and downtown. City Market store next door.
The whole hotel carpets were stained and filthy, including in the room. The "mopboard" was coming away from the walls. The bathroom towel rack was about to fall off of the wall so the clean towels were placed on top of the toilet tank lid. The bathroom door would not close as it rubbed the floor. The two chairs in the room were stained and filthy. We sat on the beds. We went to the store next door and bought some fabreeze to hide the stench. Being in this room made me want to wash my hands! It is to bad as this could be a very nice place with a little extra work. I did not eat the free breakfast as I was afraid that it was not clean either.

Rude managementPosted Jul 9, 2015
Cons: Customer service.
Manager was rude and not helpful. He didn't even listen what I was trying to explain. Terrible customer service. I would never stay there again. I will tell our team never stay there anymore.

Quality for a Change of PacePosted Jul 1, 2015 on Hotels
Pleasantly surprised by the change in ownership and management at this motel. Past experience, not so good. This stay was very nice. Perfect for us for 3 nights on our annual visit to friends near Delta.

This hotel is way understaffed. The employees have to do multiple jobs and therefore are stretched to the max. Front desk receptionist has to make the food and maintain continental breakfast area, do all the laundry and then run the front desk also. Housekeeping was not up to par because they too were stretched to their limits. The carpets were in great need of cleaning in the halls and especially our room. Our room was really musty smelling. The breakfasts ran out of food 45 minutes before closing. The owners need to step up and hire more help. That being said the employees were still helpful and pleasant even though they were overworked.

Nice hotel lousy breakfastPosted May 20, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed 2 nights and i think the hotel was full. The Staff underestimated the breakfast needs. The first day I could understand, but since most of the guests were booked for 2 nights they should have prepared for more the second night. If nothing else they could have gotten yogurt at the grocery store right next to the hotel. When amost all the food is gone an hour before breakfast ends, something should have been done.

Brothers and sisters reunion.Posted May 14, 2015 on Hotels
The bathroom was quite small, no mirror or a dressing table. The lavatory was in the room without any privacy. I guess the room was OK. The motel was hard to locate as it was off the highway a ways. No big sign to let you know where to turn.
