"Overall it was great… clean, as described, and great communication with the mgt company. Unfortunately, when leaving to go out the 1st night we couldn’t get the door to lock. The instructions weren’t working and we confirmed it wasn’t user error. It was dark and didn’t feel like a very safe area… and some neighbors were yelling outside… all not very settling. Got the door lock working better the 2nd day with mgt help. Overall, good… just an unsettling 1st night."
