Excellent

Pros: Staff was all helpful and friendly. Good price, nice facility, just to my liking.
Location: Monument Valley was awesome. Loved Arches National Park and Dead Horse Point.
I enjoyed the stay. I will return to this hotel often

Not as expected

The pool was broken and our toilet was plugged on arrival. That is a bad combination when you have your kids with you. Also the walls were very thin and there was a laundry room right above us, so sleep was hard to come by. The staff was good and helped us check out earlier than planned so we could go somewhere else. Also the water temperature fluctuated wildly in the shower and the throw pillows on the bed don't replace a real pillow.

Had to change rooms three times.

Had to change rooms three times. Dirty, stickers on the carpet, etc... The staff was nice, but hotel and especially the rooms were in bad condition and not unkept.

Surprised!

Pros: Very comfortable room. Though I didn't use the amenities like the pool or jacuzzi it was nice to have. Excellent value for the money.
Cons: Wi-Fi was a bit lacking. Eventually disappeared altogether.
Location: It was a good stop over hotel.
Got to the hotel and was surprised to be upgraded to a honeymoon suite free of charge!

Not terrible, comfortable beds

Pros: The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean.
Cons: The ceiling in the bath area needed to be remodeled. Almost looked like mold above the shower.

The prices says it all

For the price not bad. The square pillows were way uncomfortable and the shower was a little sketch but for the area-not sure there was anything better.

Won't stay again

Definitely not worth the price we paid! Part of the baseboards were missing in our room. The tub faucet was loose, causing water to run into the wall behind the shower and soaking the carpet on the opposite side of the wall. The hot tub would've felt nice after a long day of hiking, but it was out of order and appears to have been so for several months. The breakfast was fine. We wouldn't recommend this property and won't stay here again when in this area.
